Submission Guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers electronically in PDF format. The papers should not be submitted concurrently to journals or other conferences/workshops with proceedings. Papers must be written in English and be a maximum of 20 pages in length, including references and appendices. All submissions will undergo a blind review process.

Publication and Indexing:
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the conference proceedings published by Springer CCIS.
Indexing: The books of this series are submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, MetaPress, IoP Press.
Some of Extended versions of accepted and presented papers will be published in a Scopus indexed journals. The proceedings will be published in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series. Accepted papers should follow the LNCS default author instructions

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend, either physically or virtually, the conference to present the work.
Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in Scopus indexed journals, after further review and revision.
